BUt, in the great scheme of things that''s not bad for a hand built, competative race bike.
The bloody thing looks beautiful though - do you think it would be suitable for green laning in the Peaks?

I used to trail ride my bmw rally bike and to be honest it was shite, too heavy, too wide low down, too vulnerable but great on open trails.
The 690 I have now is brilliant on the trails except it's set up tall but this 450 would be better and lighter although wasted for green laning..... unless you're a poseur
I think that would be just fine in the Peaks, it would make a lovely 25th wedding anniversary present aswell.

Looks like they may be using 950/990 swing arm and some 690 parts hmmmm think I prefer my 690
Hmmm I don't think that's a 950/990 swing arm as the shock mount setup is different!
