Has anyone managed to get the Navigator V to actually play songs in a playlist created in iTunes?

I have copied songs and then the playlists in the format suggested in the help files. The playlists shop up correctly on the device, but they are always empty.

Any solutions please guys?

Is your music in mp3 format. Or AAC (mp4 as apple used to call it)

All in mp3 or mpeg format. The songs are fine, and the playlists that I copied from itunes show up under playlists, but they are empty on the device
