What was that bike - anyone know?

Sadly no phone/camera with me - but if you were there - you would have seen it

Saw something that sounds very similar in Helmsley a few weeks ago- couldn't figure out what it was. This was fairly new though , looked old but had a fairly recent plate, '08 '09 maybe.
