Guys,

I've got a revolution can with the baffle already extracted. I want to reinsert it but am not sure on the best way. Is it a rivet job or are there any alternatives?

Thanks

It's easier to use a 10mm bolt as the hole is threaded. This means you can keep in or remove any time .I actually prefer it out as it is a tinny/raspy noise with it in.

just put mine back in 'cos i don't like the roar with baffle out.

when i drilled out the rivet i found an M6 thread [that's a 10mm hex head].

My revolution came with the bolt to re-fix the baffle once the original rivet had been removed. The noise debate is a purely personal thing, I prefer the baffle out for a (quieter?), deeper, less irrating noise, particularly on motorways.

As per the above poster mine came with a wee bolt. I prefer the baffle in myself....

Thanks guys! I'll go out and see what i can russle up with some spare bolts.

It might be a bit too quiet but we'll see.
