Boy I’m I f................ucked off

Boy I’m I f..ucked off, what kind of people are you lot?

I try help organise a date for a get together, something to eat, a few pints on a sat night with Sunday left for a wee sail about on the bikes.

And what do you lot do…..NOTHING

A few are trying to make this work (thanks for trying), but not many by the looks of it.

Most of you couldn’t be bothered or don’t want to by the lack of posts

The first time this was started was by Charles on the 14-11-04

What use is that?
Fair play to civil he was up for keeping it going and getting a date but no one would say a date to meet.


Strangelove tried again on the 19-01-05 but it soon turned to trucks and busses.

I got feed up and tried for to get us together

I tried to be flexible asked for a date from someone.
The 19th was put forward.

But
Aidan1150, Charles, Kyle said they couldn’t make it.


SAT 5 / SUN 6 of March was suggested by Aidan1150

Seemed to be going got a few interested ok, but no word back from Charles or Strangelove.

I don’t know what’s happening but I’m well f..ucked off with the lack of effort some of you have.

Three months this has been going on for and you can’t put yourself out a bit, rearrange, take off a day for a get together.

Not very GS spirited of you

Fair enough if you don’t want to meet up that’s ok
But quite a few seemed to want a meet but then when the arrangements are made you hear nothing, yes or no would have been a start.




Catch a grip and make the effort

P.S. Charles at least you could show some interest in our meet instead of trying to get one with The boys from the Varadero Internet club

I never know what days I get off work until a week before so its hard to plan, but if possible I will be in the Port 5th and 6th (is it just the lads nightout without the Mrs ???) I could do with a break

What a plonker I am. First I ask to meet upo, thinking I had read a thread to meet up on the 19th and now I find out its on the 5th and I will be across the water until the 16th. Sorry guys I owe you a pint

chill son, welcome to the trials and tribulations of organising an event in the Oirish GSer section, I think you've realised now it's a bit of a bollocks. Don't blaim Charles, the title Moderator means 'moderator', not organiser, its up to us'ins to do that.
Personally Feb and March are very busy calender months for me. Pick a date and I'll try and make it, I can't be definite until I see some options
