Track my progress

I have Nav V, iphone 4 and running Garmin smart link.

Is there a way my folks back hope can track my progress as I ride through Germany, France etc.

I guess find my iphone is one way, but wondered if the Nav V and Garmin software can do it.

Not sure about the Garmin software, but I do this with Find My Friends.

Works like find my iphone but you give people permission to view your location, and in turn them you.

It updates when you run the app and works really well. I have it on all my families phones and they can all see where I am.

The Garmin blurb seems to suggest it's possible. Turn on tracking in Smartlink. Then on family phones install Garmin Tracker and sign in using your My Garmin account that the GPS is to registered to.

If that doesn't work you may be able to use Google Plus to do it. I use it on Android to share location between me and the wife, so I would guess it is available on iPhone too.
