Digital audio broadcast

Does anyone use a portable mini DAB player connected to an autocom system. I use a sony walkman FM radio connected to my pro M1, and although this is very good in and around town, it does suffer from poor reception in certain areas. I am told that digital audio broadcast has a much better reception on the move. I have also noticed that my portable radio has a much higher volume level than my minidisc player which is great connected to the autocom on motorway journeys.

Regards,
Lawrence.

So is DAB going to overcome the poor reception suffered by analgoue FM/AM broadcasts??? Perhaps the first person willing to spend another £170 to find out could let us know? Eddie if that's not you I'll eat my hat - yerr alright then I'll probably eat my hat anyway..... :D

Hi all,

You can check the coverage of DAB in your area here:

and you can get the same radio for £149.00 here:
