Nice coastal town near San sebastion

Evening folks, currently we are in logrono and planning on spending our last few nights on the coast, ideally somewhere on the coast between San sebastion and Bilbao to chill out. Has anyone got any suggestions/experience of that area.

Horses for courses and what you might like, others might not. However a few years ago we spent a lovely time in Mundaka. It's small, quiet, fairly local, but we liked it. Hard to go wrong on many of those little coastal places, find one you like and go with it.

We booked Hotel Obispo in Hondarribia for our first night stop in a few weeks. Has very good reviews.

Good choice we ended up stopping there on the friday evening, it was really nice if slightly expensive. We also stopped in Lekietio also on the coast but nearer Bilbao at the Hotel Zubieta which was excellent.

We sail Sunday night and it looks like possible gale force winds on Monday. Looks like the wife will be arriving on an empty stomach!

We are in Santandare at the moment. Weather very nice but I think rain is coming tomorrow.
We will be sailing home from Cherbourg. We have never done a Bay of Biscay sailing.
