Help Navigator V Sat Nav

Current Unit will not power on, forum and Google reviews seem to point towards battery issue...has anyone had same issue and replaced the battery or found it to be software issue/update. Any advice appreciated or anyone had first hand experience with Garmin Support CS.

I had a similar issue and removed the battery by unplugging it and it's worked fine since

Is the device still under warranty? If so, return it from whence it came.

If not, contact Garmin UK who, despite views to the contrary ARE very helpful.

My 590 has been replaced twice in two years. Garmin were/are very good with customer service. Imo.
