Did a quick shakedown run yesterday and everything seemed to be OK. Good forecast for today, so the plan was to get out and ride.

Entered the workshop and there was a very strong smell of fuel. Turns out I had a slight leak. Half the bodywork off again to sort it out hopefully all is OK now.

Really enjoyed doing it and would love to do something else. Only problem is I would possibly need to sell this one to fund something else.

It's riding very nice with the Hyperpro rear shock and front springs. I would really like to have had a handmade upswept stainless exhaust but couldn't really warrant spending another £600. The exhaust that's on is an old Quill exhaust I had on my Explorer, just got another link pipe. Sounds nice and runs well.

Hope you like it.

Steve

Nice work. I'd have gone for Tricolori colours but it looks, lovely all the same. Enjoy.

A thing of beauty. Very good job.

Now with gulf decal on bikini fairing, small gulf decal on rear seat cover plus reinstated rear hugger ( which you can just see)
I've now done a fair few miles and it's grown on me;)
