Just an idea, would it be worth having the meeting twice a month for the summer, then once a month in the winter.
Me and Helen missed the last meet because I was called out to the hospital where my mother is ill, twice a month would give them that can't always make it on the night another opportunity to meet up.
May be it's something we could look at while we are changing the venue, or for next year.
