South side of Blackfriars Bridge, London - plenty of parking outside

Newbie interested in joining in. Can you give a little more detail about the parking arrangements? Side street? On the pavement? Valet parking?

I should be there. You will recognise me if I stomp about in my heavy boots - no doubt others will be wearing considerably less substantial clothing.
