I've just fitted the Reno grill I bought at the Hog.
It was as simple as the man said it would be, good clear instructions, 20 min. job.
But, now it's on it would seem that my "beak" is twisted, I hadn't noticed previously - black on black - but with the very nice stainless grill it's obvious.
The two projections on the bottom of the headlamp cover don't meet the beak.
There is a 4-5mm gap on the offside.
I've tried loosening the fastenings and "jiggling it" to no avail.
It appears that the head lamp / instrument casing is misaligned.
Any suggestions, I've just fitted a light bar, could I have moved something then.
