Hi All,

Any of you that have a Techlusion witha remus, Y pieces and K&N or Pipercross airfilter had your techlsuion set up on a dyno?

If so could I have your voltage settings please.

Or anyone recommend any voltage settings for a bike with that set up?

or, anyone know the settings TTS recommend for this set up?

Many thanks.

I don't know how to post a thread title but try searching with.... techlusion r259 tts

I posted the settings after TTS had set mine up on their dyno. They were...

green 1.82v
yellow 1.94v
red 0.73v
cruise 2.37v

regards...Rob

I've got a 1200 now but it was.....

53 twin spark
K&N filter
Quill T3 and Y piece (the Y piece from JB Racing was miles lighter and had a better centre stand solution than the remus one - the pipe diameter was also nearer the original for fitting the OE can)
lambda sensor connected
there had never been anything in the cat plug space in the fuse box from new.
techlusion R259 - setup at TTS on their dyno

The instructions insist you retain the original CCP. :nenau
Just wondered before I fit the R259 if I should leave it in or not ?. Also, what do the voltage readings relate to with regards to the dial settings ? Cheers

My bike never had a CCP (cat code plug???) fitted at any time and I had it from new.

To be honest I never bothered looking at the positions of the dials after TTS had set it up. I just measured the voltages when I got home in case I ever had the urge to mess. You need to get a digital thingy to get the settings right. There is a massive difference in voltage in just the slightest of turn of the dials.

I got mine off ebay for £5 and it does the job.

Ay up Big lad,
The voltage settings are just a way of fine tuning the dials mate.

I was told this as well.....HERE
