Morocco Bound

First post! So hello from me..
No GS at the moment, but I did own one last year for 11 weeks in the US!
Advice sought on riding/weather in Morocco.
Five of us going end of March on a mix of road bikes.
Intending to do Fez, the Zis Gorge to Merzouga and the Chebbi Dunes(probably hire a guide with 4x4), then Dades/Tichka/Ait Ben Haddou/Marrakesh. JSB.

Exactly the time I went in 2000. The weather we had was generally good. We had one thunder storm in our 8 days in Morocco. The nights were very cold though with overnight frosts in the High Atlas. Quickly warmed up during the day to around a max of 80f in the Erfoud area.
The dirt roads were all dry. In fact everything was bone dry. Even the reserviors were nearly dry. We were on tarmac when the storm got us, so I don't know what the dirt roads are like when they get wet.
Have fun.
