'New' Old bike tonight

Hello to all.
I'm trading my 1981 R100RTfor a 1988 G100GS 'Bumblebee' so I guess I will be a GS'er by this time tomorrow. Paperwork tonight and then tagging the next day. No sales tax (or VAT as some refer to it) on a straight trade in this state. Kind of hate to see the R100 go but its too hot in the middle US for the full fairing and I have a R1100RS for distance traveling if required.
I enjoy what I've seen on this website so far and look forward to learning the specific characteristics of the GS's.

It's sitting in the garage now and I'm in the process of surveying any needed work. Ought to be interesting since it's so different from my previous rides!
