OK - you have a couple of different issues here. Let's start with the easiest one first - the GPSR thinking it is somewhere in Asia.
To solve this problem, just take the GPSR outside, turn it on, and leave it sitting somewhere with a clear, unobstructed view of the sky for about 20 minutes. It will then figure out where it is, and that will solve that problem.
Concerning the unlock codes, it might be that you don't fully understand the process of how to go about unlocking the cartography. Perhaps have a look at Garmin's
Frequently Asked Questions and see if you can find the answer there. If you can't, come on back and post the question again here, but describe the problem with a bit more precision.
BTW, do you expect others to spend 20 minutes or so writing a detailed answer to help you out when you won't even spend 10 seconds to proofread your post to make sure it is clear, lucid, and spell-checked? Think about it.
