Not the royal, the town, way up on the North Coast of British Columbia. We get plenty of squareheads through here in the summer, too many americans and a few tea drinkers.

Picked up a mint 2002 GS Adventure last week down in Victoria on Vancouver Island. Left Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 0806 hrs and was in my driveway 1053 miles later at 2356 hrs that night.

A great ride for the first 750 miles, turned to rain at the 90 mile from home mark which then turned to snow at 40 miles and then ice for the last 3 miles. With a heated vest and heated grips life was grand.

Hiya mate......welcome aboard :thumb

Sounds like a cracking first ride :thumb

Welcome.

Sounds like a typical summers ride in GB, having said that we'd fall off the end of our island over that distance. You also rode further in one day than some GS'ers do in a whole year. You have my respect. :clap :thumb
