Just reading you blog whilst whiling away some time at work ;)

You mentioned you couldn't n get the right set up for a pillow .

I use one of these :

They are filled with tiny beads that make the pillow very squidgy and comfortable. Its not flat either and molds nicely to your head.

They weigh almost nothing and can be sqeezed into a stuff sack to reduce the size.

I'm glad to see that the blog is being put to good use, you must have a really boring job to seek out my ramblings as an alternative! :eek
 
Camping Pillow

Get a full sized single heavy duty camping lilo. Usually red and blue, cut the part off which is the pillow, you then have a full sized pillow. When deflated rolls up quite small (long and thin). For extra comfort you can put a towel or such like over the pillow.
