SUNAX Sunshields

Review in curren tissue of "Ride" by 4 people.

Gave it 10/10, 5/10, 6/10 & 7/10

Seems easy to fit and stays there once in.

Apparently does work, possibly better in an upright riding position (which suits both 650 & 1150 GS's then)

Vision was helped rather than hindered.

Doesn't seem to affect vision in rain or darkness

Obviously might take some getting used to.

You pays yer money................

I came across them a while ago, but the UK distributer never replied to my enquiry, whereas the company in Germany came straight back next day - I didn't buy cos I want to see it in the flesh first.

Let me know how you get on if you manage to find out who supplies/sells them over here.

Cheers

Jon

Well there's an excuse for a ride out then..............:D

I've had one in my Arai for some time.

It is a help, going home this evening I'll have sunax, legally tinted visor and prescription sunglasses - and I won't have any problems riding into the setting sun.
With just the visor and sunglasses I find my eyes are very strained by the time I get home or to work.

The biggest downer on it is that it doesn't really fit my helmet very well.
It's supposed to slow in the gap between the polystyrene and the fibreglass, but on mine it's just too tight.
As a result the thing is rather square, instead of being tidily rounded.
It doesn't affect the way it works at all, but it annoys me.
