Found this road today from Greenhow Hill near Pately Bridge to Blubberhouses - almost deserted - a flatout road with fast flatout bends - fantastic fun - I coudn't beleive that it kept on going for so long - it's a great contrast to the great windy roads everywhere else in that area!

Probably more suited to sports bikes but great on a 650GS - even better on a 1150GS

Avoiding the "A's"

When I go out now (ie summer) I try to avoid at all costs the A roads and specifically aim for un-classifieds. North west of here there's some great ones eg Kettlewell to Leyburn and Ingleton to Dent then onto Garsdale head. Try not to have someone along with you who's on a Ducati!

Please don't waer them out!:D :D :D

This road is an unclassified - and is a nice change from Fleet Moss/Kettlewell
