Mapsource view in Google Earth

Hi,

Up to recently, I was able to make a waypoint in Mapsource, click View, then click View in Google Earth, and behold, the earth moved to show my chosen spot.

Now, Google Earth ain't listening to my commands. It opens but stays on the opening view.

Have Iscrewed something up, or is this result of updating the versions?

Hi Bin, Did you upgrade to to GoogleEarth v4? I have, and it has broken the connection between the two applications. Additionally, opening up a GPX file in GoogleEarth does not reveal any GPS data (Waypoints, tracks etc), so it looks like a GoogleEarth muck-up. I reckon waiting for a fix, or back revving to an older version is the answer.

V 4.0.2416 Beta now that you mention it....
I am afraid they have clicked this and now want us to pay for it.

I am using release 4.0.2091 and the link from Mapsource works OK.
