Cracking open this lovely champagne before tearing into the Highland Park 18 YO then 'Resolve', or whatever the French equivalent is. Happy Hogmany....

We had a few folk in for a drink last night. I finished off the bottle of Lagavulin that I opened on Hogmany and then started on my mate's bottle of this 18 year old...
