Anybody out the ever carved up a PIG before, well if you have or if a butcher in a past life, I need your help,

But not just somebody to help, they need to know there stuff, as I have lost my PIG CARVER on 7th July.

Chris my carvers his son is at a Ball at Pangborne Collage, and has been picked as top Rudgy player and players player this year, and up for awards, hes 20 away for ENGLAND Under 18`s.

So you need to be able to cut up a pig twice !

Tip:
Don't forget..cut across the grain of the meat and not with it. You don't to be offering floppy meat
