Zumo seems to have died

I was in France last week and used my brand new Zumo 550 in a car last week on batteries as I'd forgotten to bring the car charger. Only used it for a couple of hours to find some addresses.

Got ack last night and put it on to charge using the mains charger but now it won't start

Have tried the car charger (not fitted the bike mount yet) and no joy there. Does anyone have any ideas before I get in touch with Garmin?

try top left and power buttons together for about 30 seconds, they seam to freeze up with a blank screen, or take battery out for a few mins and then try starting it up, good luck geoffh

We had an early one which did the same thing....there was nothing we could do to sort it & Garmin swapped it straight away.....
