    Llangollen for Newbies

OK folks here's the low down for the Llangollen weekend 4th - 6th May 2007

The main venue for the Event is the Hand Hotel, more info here

For those wishing to camp the location is Wern Isaf Farm which is just across the river about 800 yards away.

    Friday afternoon/night:-
Arrive, have 1 or 10 drinks, find your own food, talk crap and then fall asleep.

    Saturday day time:-
    • The Road Ride will leave the Hotel car park 10:00 prompt, it's a 240 mile route with the first fuel stop 130 miles into the run.
    • The off road ride will be leaving the Hand Hotel at 10:15
    • The Fords ride will be leaving the Hand Hotel at 10:30

    Saturday evening
There will be a meal laid on at £12 per head, there are already 80 places booked for this so it looks like it's going to be a great evening.

After the food have 1 or 10 drinks, talk crap and then fall asleep.

Sharribee will be selling raffle tickets to raise funds for the Welsh Mountain Rescue with a fantastic single prize for the winner, as there's only one prize the draw will take about 30 seconds

    Sunday:-

Wake up with a bad head, have a big greasy breakfast and then go home..... if you're hardcore you may want to stay another night and do it all again

    Bring it on

    Any questions

Fuck me I hope not. I nearly threw a dart into his head, but Liz managed to distract me with a kebab.

    Sorry, but 10PM? WTF?
There are two opinions of the GS. There are those who have ridden one who think its fantastic and there are those who haven't who know its crap.

Sorry, but if it hasn't got wheels, or a pair of tits or if its not covered in chocolate, then quite frankly, I'm not really that interested.....

SWMBO is not happy with a 240 mile rideout on Saturday, could you post the route, then she may be happy doing up to the fuel stop, then DIY from there?

Mick, I'd also like to do a rideout Saturday but am a bit intimidated by the full 240 miles, if your missus fancies doing a shorter rideout with some of us girlies?

    cheers, TC
