That's my old bike.I built that with a lot of help from Richie Moore.Used to belong to Mickdb1 and at one stage Tarka of this parish before I brought it back to life.Great to see it has gone to a good home,cost a lot of hard earned to build.Had to fire sale it due to divorce and sold it to a mate who didn't need it but was helping me out and had the cash to hand.I assume he sold it to Andy. I have a ton of build photos Andy if you want them.Cheers Marcus.

Track Day Prep

Bike being prepped for forthcoming trackdays - both at Cadwell Park - 6 July (Morini Club event) and 18 July (BMW Club). Just doing the brake fluid change which is easier with the fairing off.

MRC track day. That takes me back. Is Arthur Farrow or Jonathan Kauffman still about? Chris Chapman was another from my era (Piglet-in-the-Wild).
The AGM used to be at The Three horseshoes, Goulcby, with camping... still the same?

Arthur Farrow, I am informed, used to be the MOC chair but his son (Tom?) is now in that position. Other names unknown. Camping at Goulcby still occurs!

I managed all 7 sessions, no hitches, in the intermediate group. Bike did not miss a beat and was hailed as being ‘fast’ and sometimes ‘uncatchable’. Looking forward to giving it another go on 18 Jul but then I will (as agreed with SWMBO) put her up for sale.

3 non standard bikes together this morning was a nice surprise. :thumby:

Blue frame = Tetley
Red seat = mine (ex-Arkwright RIP)
O&C special = Skid06 (ex-Arsey)

on a Rob North ? he's my friend next door . still does track days but not allowed to race anymore , work said no more accidents.
