Here are some 'ride out' shots, taken with the cheapie 'bikecam' camera.
For those that don't know this part of the world it may give a feeling for the varied scenery that we enjoy.
After the Photo Shoot we set off for Banchory, via Edzell, Fettercairn and the 'Cairn o' Mount' road (B974).
I seem to have lost the F650 - now I am following Garfield.
Starting to climb up 'Cairn O' Mount'.
At the 'Cairn O' Mount' car park - with good views on a clear day.
After the 'Photo Opportunity' we headed off behind a number of cars
This time, Pog was in front.
Pog goes for the overtake . . . That'll be me next then, better get down a gear
Once we were off the hills the countryside turned to fertile farmland.
There's a nice Salmon river !
After lunch in Banchory, we headed West to Braemar. This time I was behind the F650 again (sorry - don't know your name
).
Those without 'Adventure' tanks needed fuel in Braemar.
Then into Glen Shee.....
The roads were almost deserted - so Wayne decided to open it up a bit
Someone else got tired ot 'touring' . . . .
And finally (you'll be glad to know), we cut back across country to Glen Clova. This time I was behind an Irish GS - sorry I don't know your name either
Well, that was the Saturday run. Probably far too many crap photos but it was a bit of an experiment. It was a great day, warm and with dry roads - quite different from last year.
Sunday was different, I may post a few pics later
Bob.
