hotels/motels in Texas

going in december to denton in texas, need a cheap hotel/motel as won't be spending much time indoors, my bike is coming with me...seeing family but also travelling, but need a cheap place to stay in denton from 12th december until 20th december.

can anyone help me?

have searched internet but still abit too expensive for a week, only need somewhere to crash each night and be safe and secure.

Try the various US motel chains on the web?

I just did a search and came up with a room in the Motel6 chain for $45 per night for those dates. I am certain also that there will be a siggle site which allows comparisons to be made? Try the AAA homepage?

Motel 6 motels are the best of the budget motels in the US. So called 'Mom & Pop' motels (non-chain) can also be good and usually cheaper too. When you ride up to each town, you'll be deluged by roadside billboards advertising all of the motels in that particular town.
