Hello there..

Would anyone know where/what part number (or even if available).. looking for a central handlebar mount for a 2008 GSA (new handlebars, no 'cross bar')

Handlebars are 28mm in centre, tapering away down to 25mm

Any RAM u-bolt mount, as sub part RAM-B-231Z or mount kit such as RAM-B-149Z has a cast u-bolt bracket with moulded rubber ball. The u-bolts are 1" and 1.25" with shim RAP-319.
