A great weekend away. Thanks Richard and everyone else - great scenery, great company and even a bit of off-roading.

We must have missed the train by no more than 2 minutes so jumped on the next. Silver lining was that we met up with a French medical research professor ferrying his bike from Paris to his new post in Edinburgh. I now now a bit more about stem cells! I was able to guide him around the M25 and point him at the A1(M).

I also seemed to have resolved the recurring issues with the stuck left indicator and key in the topbox. At least for today.

Hurrah,

My first trip with the GS club, and what a nice bunch!! Rosy and I thorougherly enjoyed our selves and had a really good weekend. So a big thanks to Richard for organising, and to the rest of you for some good company. Rosy has some pics that i'll try and download tonight. (Talking of which, an interesting penultimate photo from Wapping. Don't kid yerself Lloyd - it really isn't that big ...... ).

Sorry we missed Rob and crewe on the train home, and good that Davids noisy engine tapping is all ok.

Looking forward to the next trip .
