We all know Angela and Vinny have some lovely rescued donkeys at Lumb Farm :)

Freshfields Donkey Village is a local Donkey sanctuary to Lumb Farm and are in dire straits as far as donations are concerned, so we'll have a bit of bucket shaking over the EM weekend to show a bit of support :bounce1

Lots of stuff happening to support freshfields, I'm told Freshfields is closed over our weekend, which is a pity :(

Check out their site, and see the good work they do :thumb

The Fresh Fields Donkey Sanctuary do lots of good work in helping disabled young persons , and when they told me they were struggling , its time for action , so im organising some events, so if anyone can please do anything to help , please give me a call or i will speak with you on the weekend ,
Many Many Thanks , Angela :)

My Dad loved donkeys and even mentioned them in his flight log book.

'Straffed gerries and donkeys carrying ammo. Felt sorry for donkeys'.

What's the craic with donkeys then? Why do they always need rescuing, and from what?
There seems to be plenty of donkey rescue places about but you never see or hear of donkeys anywhere else.

There's a man in Ludlow breeds them specially for the rescue centres.
