Enjoy! I loved my old 1100, they really are good looking bikes and such a hoot to ride.

If you're interested I've a set of adjustable height rider pegs that I keep meaning to sell. I got them shipped in from the States and, for me, they made a real (positive) difference to the riding position.

Thanks Andres, I already have a set of lowering pegs. I thought the 1100 was a lovely bike and as soon as the fella drove away I was wondering if I'd made the right choice. I did around 150mls on the 1200 yesterday. Whilst it doesn't feel as brutal as the 1100 (which I liked) it's a great bike to look at and fabulous to ride. It's a little quicker and suspension feels light night and day compared to the 1100 although needs a bit of fine tuning for my needs. Still has the original brake pads, which will need to go, they work well but have no real feel. (Recommendations welcomed). The bike came with a load of extras, all brand new but never fitted. i.e. Arrow exhaust, oil cooler guard, fender extenda, rear hugger. I was in my shed at 4.30am yesterday getting them fitted, happy days. Six years, and a fair few quid since my first Guzzi purchase ( I do regret not discovering them earlier) I've come to the conclusion that I'm a Guzzi guy and find it hard to see anything else in my garage now. Now do I need an Eldorado...

They do get into the blood, I have been around Guzzi's since 1980.

Glad you've seen the light and can't fault you on fancying an Eldorado, me too; supremely stylish, cool bikes AND they are a Guzzi ~ what's not to like

An Eldorado is still on my list (the early/old ones not the modern abomination). When the KTM goes it may happen.

    A bit of extra bling

Thought I'd bling it up a bit so added the guzzi fog light kit and a pair of Agostini Mandello performance silencers. Next up is auto tune and power commander kit complete with ecu re-flash courtesy of Guzzitech. Already opened up the airbox and fitted a bmc air filter.
    A few pics.
