I'm looking to do away with plugging into the 12v accessory outlets and going straight to the battery, but can't find a cable.
It'll need to go from the battery terms to a mini USB with an output of 5v.
Any ideas where I can find one please?

Hi the BMW GS has a connector block in the wiring loom for connecting your Zumo which switches it off with the bike, you can buy the connecter block with a short length of wire attached from your BMW dealer or NN. This can be connected to your Zumo wiring. You need to remove the tank as the connector is at the front. Hope this helps.

Ebay, Maplins, RS........any decent electrical store.

I got one from Ebay, £2.99

From China, arrived in 7 days......took 1 minute to crimp on a pair of piggy back spade terminals and less than 5 minutes to pop out one of my DIN sockets, fix the spades onto the back (centre positive outside negative) and route the cable up into one of my fairing cubbies.
