Wander - Second May Bank holiday 27 May - Provisional date

was it close?

First half belonged to the quins second half to us. Tom croft what a player a great score but more importantly a vital tackle in the first half stopped a score if that had gone in the quins may have taken the game.

Lost in a twenty minute spell in the second half.

Well done, Tigers :clap

Now just got to hope that Saints do you in the final...... :augie. :D :beerjug:

-----------

Yup, the rugby season for 'quins is now over, so.....

We are off to Dijon.....

OUT: Friday 24 May - Departing 20:13

BACK: Monday 27 May - Departing 18:50

Friday night in St Omer

Saturday, ride down to Dijon, or near enough

Sunday, ride around the Coted'Or

Monday, come home

Now the IMPORTANT bits....

DEPENDING ON HOW THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS GOES AT WORK, I MAY TRY TO BRING MY FRIDAY EVENING CROSSING FORWARD A BIT TO CLOSER TO 18:30....WATCH THIS SPACE PLEASE

I STILL HAVE ONE DOUBLE ROOM AND ONE TWIN ROOM AVAILABLE.

I WILL HOLD THESE OPEN UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING OF THIS WEEK AT THE LATEST. I WILL THEN CANCEL THEM!

Prefer the saints in the final but I would be shocked if we don't face sarries, even a Quinn would be a honorary tiger for the day surely :D

Hope the wander goes well :thumb2

I certainly think you'll be facing Saracens...

Send 'em packing :thumb2

We owe them from earlier in the year,so I hope for revenge though our recent finals record ain't to clever :blast

The key moment from yesterday's game if he had got in I think the game may have gone your way.

Uopdate.... Departure times

Depending on how things go with a large 01 June tender we are embroiled in, I may be able to leave the City earlier than I had hoped on Friday, subject to trains being available.

In a perfect world I would be out of the door at 16:00, which allowing for me getting changed, London traffic, queues at check-in may etc. make an 18:30 train (or thereabouts) a possibilty.

Either way, I should know by this evening..... Watch this space.

PM sent to Wanderers.

Richard

footnote

Hi Richard,

Be warned there are very few trains available for friday and saturday, even to just exchange, two of us have changed our times from tomorrow afternoon to very early tomorrow morning and we couldn't even get the same train at 5.50am.

My waterproofs are packed, not worried about the rain it's WorthingWelsh keeps spilling his drink on me when he's pissed, and it's his birthday weekend shindig

Have a good trip

The world is not perfect.... As Lloyd envisaged.... No trains :tears

Hey-ho, never mind.... Late'ish arrival at St Omer it is then.

PM sent to Wanderers.

Probably not going to be the warmest or dryest Bank Holiday on record. Still, it was nice for the Socialist one at the start of the month and it's the last until August, so can't complain..... much.
