By request I'll be heading off Sat am for a more spirited run round some of the best biking roads in the area.

Plenty of interesting stops... you can catch up then :p

Spirited ride sounds good to me too. I'll be two up but she doesn't slow me down - much:augie

Hope you don't mind - I've just extended the invite out to a couple of spirited riding mates who are local to the event but not online.

No problem, I just hope I'm feeling up to riding my Bike :(
 
Thanks to the 11 folk who joined me on this run, thankfully the weather was mostly kind so we had some dry roads to play on.
I wasn't particularly focused..indicating left for 10 miles or so at one point :(
Hopefully brisk enough for you all to enjoy.
