Not sure if this is in the right section, has anybody had problems getting there goodies delivered from nippys ? I ordered some bits well before xmas still not received them, emailed them before xmas told me to be patient or check with royalmail, they say nothing for me, nippynormans say been dispatched:confused:,
I've emailed three times since not even getting a reply :blast I've purchased stuff before from them all be it ages ago no probs, wondered if any of you guys have had problems ??
 
I've not had any problems with my 3 orders, but a few threads on here suggest people have and won't use them again.

If it were me I'd call and ask for tracking code or for a resend of the goods if they can't provide the tracking info.

Thanks mate I've had stuff before no probs they gave me a tracking no Royal Mail say they don't know anything abt it, I've looked for a phone no on there site couldn't find one perhaps it's me not looking properly il have another gander.
 
I think you will find there is not a number on the site,I found it via a google search though once I made contact and the conversation was not going as he wanted he hung up and would not answer until I called from a different number.It was eventually resolved but I would not use him again.
 
Really that's not a good sign, I've just sent them yet another message so il wait and see what happens over the next couple of days if I don't hear anything not sure what to do .
 
Hope you get sorted without to much hassle, mine was sorted though his customer service skills are some what lacking when a problem arrises. I had used him twice before and had no problems as is the case with most others who use him.
 
I agree I never had a problem before, the annoying part is ignoring emails, as it stands I don't know if it is postal prob or hasn't been dispatched .
 
How did you pay? I think I've used paypal, so that would be my next step, but credit card covers you too I think...

It is poor service, disappointing really.

I can't find a phone number either, so they don't encourage phone calls, it would seem.

Cheers for that guys, unfortunetly I paid with a debit card, I'm not going to start yelling at them yet till I find out wether it's the fault of the post office or nippys .
 
Ordered just after Christmas and it arrived here this morning.

No problem whatsoever.
 
Only time I used him I had a problem. When I rang he was rude. I got sorted in the end but I use Motorworks mostly now. Jjh
 
Quick update I've just received email saying items where posted on 15 th dec asking me to be patient or go to my local post office which as I said I've already done I've explained this in another email so see what happens next.
 
seen a few negative posts on here about them….i used them twice in dec on their free post offer, which incidentally was second class so a lot slower than normal…but the items arrived ok no problem at all….

Im a bit confused as to why they have no phone contact details which are easy to find…..when i found it after a long hard search , i got through to a voicemail..! i left saying i wanted to return an item how do i do i do it in exchange for another ? it took them about three days to return my call…..another time i rang stating i was buying something expensive and just wanted to make sure it was in stock…they rang back within five mins!!!! i think they answer the voicemails and emails when its in their favour….

Just had a further email, they are going to try and find out whats happend there end so hopefully soon be sorted.
