Always used Baglux tank covers. Before ordering - wondered if anyone has already fitted one to a GS or GSA?

If so any chance of any pictures of it fitted? I believe model for a WC GSA is a Bagster 1663.

Have one on my 08 GSA Hexhead but obviously a very different fit on a WC.

TIA

I fitted one on my gs,
have the map pocket that clips on, it's all straps apart from a tab at the seat area I didn't bother with,
It's a good fit,
went for all black ,the grey sides looked a bit busy with a strip of black in the middle, (black bike)
Sorry no photos,

Yes I've got one in red which fitted perfectly on my 2013 GS. I don't use it now so happy to sell it, just PM me if Red's your colour and you're interested :thumb2

No probs rj, but you do realize you have to loosen some plastics to get a good fit and tuck away the straps at the end. Its that much better than vinyl for protection. And there is an all black if you do not fancy the white/silver one, apart from the olive and blue of course.

i do like that and I have a white bike !!! hmmmmmm got me thinking …Ive had Bagalux covers before and they are great ….they sometimes custom make them in different colours ...

Hi jolly, yep I have a white gsa like yours, am tempted by the all black I think. Understood re loosening panels to tuck in. Any fitting tips apart from ensure cover is warm when fitted? Looks slightly messy with the access to the tank cubby hole. Are the wings able to close tighter than how they look in your picture? Expect I will not use the cubby hole with one of these and my existing tank bag.

Cheers rob

Quite right, it is somewhat loose at the front end and can be straightened further by pulling tighter the long strap that goes around the frame's head tube. The best solution is to apply heat (hair dryer?) to the area until the desired shape is achieved. Or fit the OEM tank bag on top and let it take its shape.

Prior to putting the cover on the tank you have to widen the hooks that are supposed to clip to the tank's front edges. Once this is done you need to test and adjust the position (sounds familiar to anyone?) of the cover. After you reassemble the plastic bits you will require to pull the straps tight. Finally you can tuck away the straps using plastic levers (which are normally used to take off door cards).

Yeah, I'm not a fan of their bags. I have their tank cover on my GTR1400 but I have a givi tank lock bag instead... be nice to see what they've done.
