World of BMW Direct Access Scheme: comments? criticisms?

Just to add my two pence, the Royston BMW Rider Training folks were truly 1st Class. I have been there twice, many moons ago doing my CBT (a two day course which is much needed for people without any motorcycle experience) and then at a later date to do my Direct Access course.

The bikes and also very importantly the kit (waterproofs, gloves boots etc) are all decent BMW stuff which makes the whole experience very confidence inspiring (most people don't buy decent kit before passing their test). One thing i like about them is that they hire out the Mod 1 test centre the day before. Therefore you get to practice at the centre and that helps the nerves (which is normally the main problem for people).

I would recommend them in a heart beat. Yes they are more expensive that others but i would say that it was worth it. In fact i am planning on going back to do some further training.
