My GSA came fitted with this, between the sensor on top of the air box and the wiring loom:

The white tag says ACC211137. Does anyone know what it does and which company made / sold it?

Thanks!

Yes, I have one on my GSA. They were made by someone in Belgium and it supposed to fool the ECU to run more richer whereby addressing the problem of popping when having a performance exhaust with no CAT and K&N filter fitted. Normally modern day bikes run towards the lean side.

sol2be

To the best of my knowledge is the name of the company that does them.

It's an accelerator module. Works great at soothing out low speed lumps

Thanks very much for the information! That's really handy, cheers :beerjug:

Simply a thermistor and maybe a resistor providing a negative temperature offset to temporarily richen the mixture.
The module will have an effect for the first few tanks of gas then Motronic MA2.4 (1150, 1100S) compensate back to stock settings.
