My bike was ordered through then as my Guernsey dealer is currently just a satellite dealer for Jersey.
Funny enough ,my bike was arriving at home today just as I set off on a 10 day trip .

Anyway , first impressions very good . Obviously Jersey is like Guernsey with crap speed limit and mostly ‘town driving ‘.

The bike feels very planted and stable . Not as heavy as a ZZR but much more ‘solid’ than a sports bike .

Suspension seems very compliant and supple . Riding position is very roomy and not too wristy.

Good brakes . Quickshifter works great under load but a bit snatchy at lower revs.

The TFT is very good , giving four display options including throttle position/boost pressure/lean angle etc .

Finally the motor - wow !!! Very very smooth and torquey . Get it above 6 k and it really flies , sounding amazing with the supercharger chirping as the blades go supersonic.

Looking forward to picking mine up !!

That's one good looking bike; not much chance of being mistaken for anything else; the detail ; and finish look very nice. No doubt you have a few big trips planned; looking forward to reading all about them .

That’s the part that most people will see, so they had to make it look good!

A friend of mine picked his up last week and seemed very impressed with the power delivery and riding position compared to the sports version of the H2 he bought when they were released 3 years ago but unfortunately it’s since had a bit of a lie down in the road and is apparently a bit scuffed.

He reckons the accident was entirely someone else’s fault in the eyes of the law but he’s kicking himself because he should have seen it coming and been able to avoid it. Naturally I took the piss and told him that I’d just been out for a nice 50 mile ride on my KTM

A couple of other people who post here know him and one in particular is very keen on taking the piss at every opportunity so I’m expecting him to be visiting the bike with a camera this weekend

The finish and detail on these bikes is really good, had a good close up last week at the Cradley Kawasaki season launch.

You may wish to actually ride the bike before passing judgment....

the more i look at it the more i like it..looks like you sit in it rather than on it, which i like, think a trip to Chris Walkers is in order to take the Demo for a run
