Fancy some Classic 'Real Road' racing?

Some of us have been a few times :D

Gedinne is a great circuit for spectating and even better if you decide to get a lap in for yourself on the Monday morning but the facilities and camping are best described as basic and accommodation in the town is limited. The downside is that there aren’t as many bars dotted around the circuit as Chimay but take you own and deal with it :beerjug:

A quick reminder that you need to be getting accommodation booked pretty soon if you plan to go to any of the classic race weekends in Belgium. The better places will already be fully booked in Chimay and the municipal camp site gets busy so if you want to camp and would prefer to be closer to town than the circuit it’s worth sending them an email.

The booking system is a bit poor but they reply to emails within a day or so.

Looking to do this with my brother this year. Do you book camping at the circuit or just rock up? Planning on heading over on the Thursday.

Just to add it’s Geddine classic TT we’re looking at.

Hi bigmo; if you follow the n935 out of Gedinne; south westerly direction; past the Intermarch on your right; then take you first right to the fishing ponds; there is a campsite; camping Croix Scaille. The pitches are good; the bar and restaurant is top notch; and there is even a small pool. We've used it quite a few times; and it's never been totally packed out. Try to get there as early as you can ; just to make sure. As Andy says the whole event is bloody marvellous; may even make it myself this year.:beerjug:
