Purchased lifetime updates in 2016 and updated my Zumo 550. Recently I've tried to update my sat nav again but noticed lifetime updates have been removed from my Garmin account. Garmin aren't interested unless I provide the order number which I no longer have. But told them I have the product key number, but again no help from Garmin.
Anyone had similar problem and did you manage to resolve it.
