Anyone Used BOTH Sweet Lamb AND Yamaha Tenere Experience?

What did you like/dislike about each when compared with the other?

Note that I've mentioned Yamaha's Tenere Experience rather than Off-Road Experience - IIUC, the ORE is kinda like those horse riding days where you hop on a school horse and all ride around nose-to-tail on a set route? The Tenere Experience seems to be more like an actual training type of thing (which is more what I'm after)?

I've used BMW Off-Road School for Level 1 and Level 2 Foundation.

I'm booked in at Sweet Lamb in August and September for 4 days total.

As yet, I don't know how the training part is different.

I've just checked Yamaha Tenere Experience - 1 day tour and 2 day tour. Is it worth paying for 2 days? Sweet Lamb has 12 training areas, right? What about the insurance policies during the training?
