Took these off my latest project bike today. The PO informed me they are Akrapovic-- I have no reason to doubt him but want to try and get a definite ID before selling them.
Decat with Y piece and fitted straight onto standard silencer.
Tried cleaning them up but autosol or optiglanz didn't really make much difference.

Akrapovič headers have the link pipe between the two pipes. Those look like Remus to me, having had a set on a couple of previous bikes.

Yep my first thought too Remus try the Harpic method to clean them with some wire wool :beerjug:

Thanks chaps-- thought it was strange that there is none of the gorgeous welding that akra have.
No manufacturers name or codes anywhere either.
Not worth much in their present condition then...

Def Remus (I have these). They clean up great with some coats of Wonder Wheels followed by Autosol on plastic scouring pads, you should be able to get them to as new shine !

REMUS. Worth 150 ish in good condition. I reckon you are the Steve I see at work (isleham) sometimes?

Not me james. I work out of Immingham.

I was hoping they would be worth enough to cover the cost of the replacement standard pair...Akra possibly but not if they are remus

Any good exhaust pipe professional should be able to sort out that dent. They are Remus by the way - the only ones to angle the downpipes backwards.
