The girl made a note on the policy and said the adjustment would be made on Mon/Tues
This afternoon I got an email saying I would be getting a £100, part refund of the total original premium (for my 5 bikes) which represents 20% of the original premium, although it's been running for 6 months and the remaining 4 bikes remain on the policy unaffected
The KTM originally loaded the policy as it was the newest bike

No admin fees
No cancellation fees
No reluctance to return part of the original premium
Just plain, good old fashioned service
Try them if you don't have brand spanking new bikes, you may well be surprised
