I know what you mean - I'm juggling a new Pinarello or save a couple of grand and buy one of these ???
Or...BOTH !!!....
Aiiieeeeeeee, toooo late!!!
Nice bike couple of bits of advice / suggestions.
If its new dont be tempted to do an early oil change like I did at 200 miles because the oil discoloured. Honda ship these with mineral oil for the first 600 miles to allow the engine to bed in.

The original V rubber tyres are ok in the dry but a bit sketchy in the wet, I switched to Heidenau K 60’s at about 1200 miles.
Gearing , on the monkey forums upwards of 75% of folk junk the rear mudguard and fit a tail tidy , secondly the drop the front sprocket from 15 to 14.
I have kept the rear mudguard as when ridden in the wet these bikes get dirty enough. I did however fit a 14 t for a short while as it does perk up the acceleration and make 4th gear more usable.
I reverted back to stock as A ) I couldnt be arsed estimating my speed as the gearing puts in a 8% speedo error, and secondly it triggers the ABS randomly.
Lastly lavish the underside of the steel mudguards with Acf / waxoyl etc as they rust quickly.
Last year with all 4 of my bikes on the road I rode the monkey most and to quote the cliche , I had more smiles per mile.
