Hello All
The power outlet behind the right leg is not a right lot of use. So I am thinking of getting a socket or twin USB up in the cockpit area. Wheter using the under seat one and routing a 90 degree and lead or as an independent off the battery.

Have any of you already done this and if so may I see some pictures and how you did it.

Many thanks in advance.

I read somewhere on here recently that the aux socket kit from the parts catalogue comes with wiring harness that piggybacks off the rear socket.
Just drill a hole and mount it somewhere convenient up front.
(I'm talking about a GS but I'd say it's the same)

I’m not 100% sure but I think that kit isn’t suitable for the RS due to the awkward location of the existing socket.

I could be wrong, I often am.

In fact, come to think of it, I’m thinking of a double socket that would fit into an existing one but can’t on the RS because of its awkward location!

Bollox!!
