Would love to know how you keep your Panniers clean.

I'm looking at get the Panniers wrapped at some point to protect them a little and make then easier to clean, But i was wondering what products works best in cleaning them?

Many Thanks

Lee

Clear venture shield M3. You can buy it in rolls.
Just cut to the shape you want.

Cheers Dave.

Why not try cleaning with acetone and then spraying with clear lacquer?

Allows protection right in at, and under the plastic corners.

What’s the worst that can happen? (Unless you spill the acetone and if catches fire.......)

+1 on Belgom Alu. Best metal cleaner I've ever used and it leaves a (wax?) film to keep the alloy bright for ages. I use their "Chrom" too, (on the boat, not the GS!) which maybe has not such a strong a polishing action as some others but also gives a finish which lasts.
