If you are riding somewhere within a 100k of Jerez is an option.
The morning ride to the circuit is great fun.

There is no problem getting accommodation for WSBK weekend. The Spanish aren't interested and attendance is low. MotoGP weekend is somewhat different.
Stay in Jerez itself. Plenty of hotels have secure parking and it's a good place for a night on the sherry.
It's only a short ride to the circuit in the morning and tickets include open grandstand seating.

Cadiz is a lovely place to stay, I stayed there for the MotoGP last year and booked to stay there again this year.
The Tryp Hotel has secure underground parking in the centre of Jerez
